How to use: 500g prawns, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 ½ tsp garlic, 1 tsp tamarind paste, 2 Tbs lemon juice, 4 Tbs Krea Prawn & Seafood Spice, salt to taste, 2 Tbs semolina, 1/4 cup rice flour, coconut oil as required.
Method: Wash, peel, skin and devein prawns. Make a paste with the spices and lemon juice. Coat prawns with the paste. Mix semolina & flour together. Spread on a dish. Coat marinated prawns with dry mixture. Heat oil. Fry until brown. Top with fried whole green chillies & curry leaves. Serve with lemon wedges, salad, rice or naan. Curry option: Add tomato puree, onion and coconut milk.
