Instructions : Procedure: Appliances and utensils vary ; adjust cooking times accordingly . Defrost product inside refrigerator until thawed , prior to cooking . How to Cook a Burger Patty I think most people agree grilling your burger patty will taste the best. However, you can still make exceptional burgers on your stovetop. Regardless of which heat-source you use, you will want to keep these considerations in mind: Don’t press the patty while cooking!!! Just don’t do it! You are not making it cook faster, you are squeezing all the juices out, guaranteeing you will have a dry burger. Yum. Only flip the patty once. Don’t play with the patty, let it do its thing. In our opinion, by flipping it once you will allow it time to build up a charred crust which adds flavor. We typically let it cook till the top appears to be turning purple and juice is starting to puddle on top, then flip, top with cheese and cook a few minutes longer.
BEST BURGER BUN
You can top your burger with whatever you want. However, the bun you choose makes
a BIG difference in how great your burger tastes. Our favorite by far is a Brioche bun.
However, these can be hard to find. You simply want a bun that feels light and squishy.
A heavy, dense bun will steal the show from the tender burger patty. We also always toast
our buns, the heat lightens up the texture of the bun, once again allowing the texture of
the tender patty to be the star of the show.
Caution : Thawing Seekh kabab In microwave oven or over heating will adversely affect product tenderness and quality. Storage – Keep Frozen This is a marinated product.

To Grill or Pan-Fry: Baste the desired number of patties with olive oil on both sides. Preheat the Braai or frying pan to medium high. Lay the patties down over direct heat and don’t mess with them! After 6 minutes or so (each braai and stove is different, so watch for the visual cues), you’ll begin to see juices starting to pool on top of your burger. Flip them gently and leave them alone again. Baste with olive oil and leave to Rest for minimum
5minutes before assembling the burger with toppings of your choice .
