Chicken Malai Boti

Instructions :
Procedure: Appliances and utensils vary ; adjust heating times accordingly.Defrost product inside refrigerator until thawed , prior to heating .Thread the chicken pieces on skewers (if you’re using wooden skewers, remember to soak them for 30 minutes before using to prevent them from burning). Alternatively, you can shallow fry the skewered chicken on a pan on both sides until cooked through. OR Oven – Braai Preheat oven
to 200 C. Bake in an oven for 7-8 minutes on each side whilst basting continuously with
Ghee. Cook until done. Once done (if you’re grilling them in the oven or pan-frying them),
smoke the chicken skewers with a hot charcoal to give them a lovely bbq aroma. Serve hot with accompaniments of your choice. We love this with salad, chutney,fries and Naan.
For best Results use Ghee .

Caution : Thawing Malai boti In microwave oven or over heating will adversely affect product tenderness and quality. To enhance this meal, serve with tandoori naan, green
chutney, lemon wedges and salad .
Storage – Keep Frozen
