HOW TO USE

1 full chicken cut in 8 pieces ,1 tsp freshly minced ginger , 1 tsp freshly minced garlic, Juice of 1/2 a lemon, 1/4 cup yogurt, 2 tbsp @krea_sa chicken roast spice, 2tbsp Ghee Marinate chicken in all above ingredients for a minimum of 5 hours preferably overnight.SAUCE1/2 cup fresh cream, 1/2 cup tomato puree, Juice if 1/2 a lemon , 1/4 tsp KREA Garam Masala, Pinch of saffron, Salt to taste, Boil above ingredients and keep aside In a heavy based pan add a little ghee, 1/2 tsp freshly minced garlic and 2-3 whole dry red Chillies, when it begins to sizzle add chicken and cook on medium to high heat until brown on both sides, turning only once.Reduce heat, place lid on pan and allow the chicken to cook approximately 3/4 of the way through add the prepared sauce mix and simmer until chicken is completely cooked.Garnish with fresh Dhania before serving.
